6 months

I can't believe Baby L is six months old. They grow up way too fast. We went to the doctor and she said that he was a perfectly healthy little boy. Yay! Just what we wanted to hear. He was 27 inches and 16 pounds 4 ounces. So he is in the 75th percentile in height and 25th percentile in weight. We have tall skinny boys at our house. :) But Baby L is still a runt compared to his brother who was 28 in. and 19 lb when he was six months. I don't want to compare them all the time because they are two totally different boys, it is just fun to see how different they really are. CJ is loving that he can play with Baby L a little bit more, and keeps asking when does he gets to play with Baby L. I keep telling him that Baby L is getting bigger every day and will learn to play with him a little more every day. I hope that they can be the best of friends because I can already see that they love eachother a lot!

Sitting

As of Feb. 20th Baby L is sitting! Yay!

First Snowman

CJ finally got to build his first snowman. He has been looking foreward to building a snowman since before Baby L was born. We just haven't ever had enough time with the right kind of snow, but we finally did it! CJ was so happy!

Alien boys

We were playing dress up and decided to make the boys aliens. What do you think?

Toes

Baby L found his toes! He loves to play with them. They are the best toy, because he always has them, he even likes to play with his feet when they are in socks. He is such a happy boy and I love that he is starting to play with toys and have fun with them.

Big boy underwear

So I know this was a while ago but I still wanted to post about it. But the night we went and got CJ's big boy underwear we went to the South Town Mall and both grandparents met us there. He picked out his favorite underwear and we went and stood in line forever it felt like to buy them. He wasn't very happy at the time because he had just woken up from a nap and still wasn't very awake.
But then we got to go ride the train. CJ was very happy and I wish that the pic wasn't so blurry but I love his face in it. Grandpa and I rode the train with him and he had a fun night getting his big boy underwear. When we got home he put them on and kept wanting to change them. He decided that his favorite ones were the nemo ones but the sad thing was that they didn't fit quite yet. We ended up getting a size too big because it was the smallest one left at the store. I put them away and we went and got him some Thomas the train ones and now those ones are his favorite.

Digger in da no

CJ loves to "digger in da no" (dig in the snow) This winter he helped grandpa dig a path in their backyard. It was so cute to see him diggering :), my parents even had a little shovel just his size. Now he likes to digger in anything, and my favorite part is the fact that he calls it diggering!
